Lean Kitchen meals are cooked fresh in our Greenville kitchen. Each meal lists all ingredients and nutritional information, so you always know what you are putting in your body. Lean Kitchen meals are free from artificial preservatives, sugars and seed oils. The food we fuel our bodies with is the most important part of achieving our health and wellness goals.

Lean Kitchen is a locally owned and operated meal prep company. We offer fresh, convenient, healthy meals that can be picked up in store or delivered right to your door!

Our Greenville area locations always have fresh meals available for purchase in store; however, if you’d like to reserve your meals ahead of time for Sunday or Monday pick up or delivery (we prepare them fresh over the weekend so you don’t have to), you can visit our ordering page here. Orders placed before Thursday at 10:00pm are prepared fresh over the weekend. They are packed and ready for pick up at our store Sunday or Monday morning or delivered right to your door between 8:30am – 12:30pm.
